no it wont, lots of factors to think about mate,Which version STi box are you on about, how many miles has the box seen, and at what power, and hows it been driven/treated.Its torque that kills gearboxes not bhp and lots of version 5/6 classic STi boxes are running at well over 400bhp,earlier STi gearboxes are not as strong tho,and will sh*t themselves at that power for sure.

As above.
Lots running over 400 bhp.
350 torques is prob max
I had 6 speed in my last classic off a UK spec, running 550bhp/550ftlb! Easy coped.

Actually very few running over 400bhp, maybe less than 10 on here, most break well before 350lbs of torque, most of these boxes will be in excess of 100k miles and not in the best of conditions.
Run over 350lbs of torque and your box is on borrowed time, even a standard car can shred its gearsets, anyone who say's they can happily run 400bhp/350+lbs of torque safely has no idea, even those who tune cars know they will eventually have to replace their gearbox as its just a matter of time.
