Are Bugeye Sti JDM headers equal or un-equal??

As above really, can somebody confirm that Jdm bugeye sti's come with un-equal length headers as standard please, also will these fit a U.k Sti without any problems?

UK headers and Jap headers are the same for the Bug STi so why swap ??
