Jay just need to see a pic first, no idea what they look like, personally I don't think the large flaps look chavy I think they finish the rally look of, after all the Subaru is based on a rally car

Based on yes, but the mud flaps are for off road use, not on road. They over hang off the bumpers and chav it right up, all you need then is some tracky decals all over it and your done.

Heres a picture of a bin lid attached to an impreza

Each to their own! It would be a boring world if all our cars were exactly the same! I think saying that a set of mud flaps chavs it up is a bit strong! Lexus lights , scoobydoo dogs, decals everywhere maybe!!

I don't mind mud flaps, but my point is there not very good looking, so to draw attention to apart of the car that gets very dirty by buying bightly coloured large flaps, doesn't make any sense.

And it doesn't help when you see tones of young lads in there saxos with them on. All looks to chavy to me. But as you said each to there own.

Its rally car, rally cars have mudflaps. They only look chavy when there on a car plastered in cheap decals from ebay! Personally I think they give the car the authentic rally look which is exactly what the car is. IMO big flaps rule!!
