the air bag/baby seat one I think I understand... the other.. well, I'm at a loss!!!

I have a similar sticker on my passenger sun visor.



"Females. Please keep knees together whilst this vehicle accelerates as there are high possibilities that your fanny will start whistling.. Thank you"
