Sports are 125bhp roughly standard. 150bhp wouldn't be to hard to get 180bhp is pos, depends what owner before has done. But unlikely

Iv got one of the Sport Specials and they run a MASSIVE 125bhp standard! To get 180bhp you'd have to spend alot of wongo, would be easier and prob cheaper to just buy a turbo!

LOL, so with transmission losses it's like a 90bhp car, my vw transporter crew cab would give it a run for it's money at 86bhp

Phase 2 bumper with a early phase 1 grill - stay away from this one.

There is a Sport Special with a Supercharger but that was 170hp - and that's Down Under.

Been looking for a new car recently and found loads of adverts like that !!!! Best one is "previous owner said it was running 400bhp" (So blaming the previous owner when you find out its not 400bhp covers them)

Other one is "Kept up with my mates 400bhp pulsar so it must be running 400bhp"

Also found one which had a couple of mods inc a VF22 turbo and he reckons it was pushing over 400bhp!!!

You can tell the advert that are owned by kids who think that a exhaust and filter will give you 400bhp on turbo 2000.

I recently saw one where the guy was advertising a STI type R. It had 4 doors ??? I messaged him asking WTF he was on about, he then changed his mind and said it was an RA (which it clearly was not), he also said it had a twin turbo setup......
What is wrong with these prats.
Id love to get some of these spackers down to a dyno day. Be funny to see their faces when their '400bhp' UK turbo makes 240,, lol.

I've got an exhaust and filter on my wrx and at the weekend i kept up with a 500bhp evo 4. So does that mean my WRX is running at around 500 bhp

or was it more to do with it being absoloutly soaking and him running almost slick track day tyres and spinning all 4 wheels not being able to put the power down.

I seen a classic the other day that claimed 400 bhp but looked pretty standard apart from air filter exhaust etc asked what Ecu gearbox etc it was running and if proof of 400bhp and was told he had a list of all the mods and there claimed bhp gain and had added them all up to get the 400 bhp figure lol
