Turbo bonnet
Is there any reason why i cant put a sport bonnet onto my turbo ?.

As above, the TMIC needs a flow of cool air. If you have a FMIC then you can put one on, Da_one on here did it for the sleeper effect.

As above but if your running a front mount it doesn't matter. Will increase under bonnet temps though chap.

Thats ok i run a fmic, just wont to change the front of the car from the norm, and to get shot of the blooming big scoop lol.

Why not just go for standard turbo bonnet. I've seen a sleeper before looked crap was running 300bhp guy was strugling to sell it, because it just looked like a sport.

Bonnet wouldn't take long to swap over if kept though.

Mines full of holes where it had a light pod fitted, so needs replacing

Go for it then see how it looks. If you don't like it theres plenty of turbo bonnets knocking around

Reverse scoop?
What about heat build up from the turbo? Would the scoop still help with getting rid?
