Looking to possibly buy one of these but there are hardly any about, have they all blown up? Where is the best place to look, I thought now was a good time to buy with everyone getting rid due to petrol and tax prices?

Specifically what are you looking for, an early (55) or later (07), Colour and upto what price etc. I may know someone who is going to sell a realy nice one so will find out what he is doing.

Not sure as I'm just looking at options. Obviously the older ones climb under the tax bracket but the newer ones tend to have less mileage. Wouldn't want to go over 13k money wise and probably under 40k miles. Condition is important and part exchange an option if it helped as it would save me the hassle.

I just bought a Hawk, so had been looking at prices for a while. Quite a big variance in prices for 2006s, anything from £10k to £13k plus for those with low miles.
I went JDM in the end.

Hunt around on PH and autotrader mate there are plenty out there.
I picked up a 2007 sti limited with under 25k miles, new tyres, 5 service stamps blah blah for 12k!
Dealers need to sell these cars so play hardball.
