Default Roger Clark Motorsport amazing customer service

Hi Guys after a very successful day visiting Frayz engineering for a roof vent fitment I returned home after a two hour drive I parked up and had tea. Later that night I moved the car back into the garage, when I started it up a family friend pointed out that lots of black oil came out of the exhaust on start up.

Panic set in and I stopped the car and started to do a few checks, Oil level seemed low so as any good idiot does I put two and two together and decided that I had big issues

I dropped Olly Clark a txt at 8.30pm Saturday night explaining the issues and within 5min he phoned me up and discussed the issue. By midday on Sunday Olly turned up to my house with trailer ready to collect my car and take it back to RCM headquarters. After a 15min inspection and a quick top up of oil olly explained that the car was running “sweat” the black oil was in fact just soot from using the anti lag ect and the oil consumption was to be expected from a 2.35 that was still very new. Less time cleaning more time checking levels is required

People ask me why I drive around with a RCM sun strip? Well I am very proud to be part of the Roger Clark Motorsport stable and all the help and support that comes with it.

Thanks Guys

Chris you differently get what you pay for. Don't listen to all the hatters. I would be proud to have a RCM sunstrip.

Exactly what I was thinking, they aren't cheap but the stuff they sell is top notch and so is their attention to detail I met Olly a few years ago at Brands Hatch and he is a really nice guy, a true credit to his dad

never had anything but the best attention from olly and the lads at RCM, a bit pricey but you know full well the work and parts are all top notch and you simply dont worry about your car when they work on it.
