the flange may need rotating as they are at different angles on the turbo, you can just elongate the flange holes on the turbo backbox by about 20mm and that should do the trick instead of cutting the flange off and re-welding it at a different angle.. they may need widening slightly too..
but it will fit with a bit of slight modification, get your files out!

I think it would depend on what year the car is.
On my 2000 Sport I hat to cut off the flange, rotate and weld it but on my 1998 Sport it just bolted straight on. Both were turbo backboxes.
