Default classic wrz central locking

can anyone help i am looking for a central locking module that goes behind the drivers door card it has a flat 12 pin plug and these no. on it.cont assy lock- door, f0017aa012,4c293098k,c4ba1. not sure if this is factory fit or after market but it is the main control for the central locking. thanks steve

thanks matty. my name is steve i run a garage in markyate near luton.i own a 94 impreza wrz brought as a project and the small things are more grief than i though. new to all this not sure how to use it yet hope i can pick it up quickly. thanks again steve
