Default What else can I remove?

Started to strip my car to save weight, and am just wondering if removing any of the bits marked with a star would cause any structural or rigidity issues?

Is there anything else that can be removed (the sound deadening is a given).

Thanks!

How much do you weigh?

Perhaps you should go on a diet too

whats the car for bud????

theres loads you can do like cutting out of the bootlid.........cutting out of the rear quarters..........removing one of the side impact bars and also cutting out of the door, remove ABS (around 50kg's alone), remove aircon another big weight saver.......list is endless but as per question depends what your using the car for........for a road car you may want to leave ABS there, and your impact bar

Is that a newage? I take it those two black brackets are either the isofix for a baby's car seat, or just the regular seat fixings. either way, they are not structural.

Sound deadining weighed in at almost 31kg how about cutting the door skins out , loose the heater and matrix and associated vent plastic pipework .
Remove the roof skin and replace with carbon only 2kg instead of 16kg for standered roof
Trim every nut and bolt down how far do you want to go ?
