Subaru Version of Scion FR-S / FT-86 spied with huge rear wing

Very possibly the Subaru 216a (subaru's version of the Scion FR-S / Toyota FT-86)

Sorry but are subaru and Toyota both going to be releasing this car but under different names?

As I thought it was just Toyota but using a subaru engine. If they both release it will it be the same specor will they both be making their own little tweaks to it?
