Default Warped discs

As above, I have a my00 Uk turbo classic which comes standard with the four pots on the front I believe. Basically the discs are warped but due to my budget having just had a rebuild and going in for a respray next month and having my second child born just a few days ago, I need some cheap discs for the front to tide me over. Anyone know a good place to get them from and will I be ok to use the same pads or will they need replacing aswell? Seriously need to keep cost down, been looking at these on eBay, any good?

I'm selling a pair of oe discs and pads. Very little mileage.
