How much power you after & are you fussed about spool etc? Many run MD series turbos or even twisted Garret turbos. Then there are other turbos such as SC series etc

Depends on if its classic or new age,if have AVCS etc.Personally i have Blouch Dominator 3.0XT-R(SC50).
But i think these turbos will be OK MD321T,SC46.20G is also OK turbo on 2.1 stroker.

Billet SC46, getting some great results. Think they do a bigger version to depending on end power and engine build strength

It is very much based on what you want to use the car for and what spec the 2.1 build is. I am running a TD05 20g although it may be for sale at the rite price as I fancy a billet jobbie

We have done plenty of SC46 equipped 2.1 strokers, with and without AVCS and they are fantastic !

Take it you already have the suspension and brakes already done?

Let alone a 6 speed or ppg?

Valid point SC46 means 460 BHP. I broke the box and various shafts on my car at 330/320.
Anything over 400bhp and you need an uprated box. Not PPG as it is crap belive me speaking from experience.
My current car broke an sti box running 400/400ish

I have but none to hand. To be fair the graphs only tell a very small part of the story, the best bit, the bit you can't see on a graph, is just how nice they are even on a part load.
The best bet is don't ask for graphs, ask current owners of the same combo how they feel about theirs. Or even better, get out in a car fitted with one !
