To add a positive note, my order arrived at 14:30 today, just as I was heading out having given up and got bored waiting in for 2 days.

Tracking number PM'd. Can't always respond instantly, but usually do the same day.

Emails get checked first, then PM's. Threads like this don't appear in our inbox for immediate attention and I don't go browsing SN before responding to PMs first, so they are fairly pointless if you've already sent me a PM requesting info.

Telephones are off until 3rd May.

Hardly, 2 threads started by the same person and a couple of isolated cases of people unable to get through etc.

We do get very busy at times and we are making improvements to cope.

Still ranked number 1 by customers here on ScoobyNet and have been for a long, long time, so read things in their context.

You can read our SN feedback here

PM me your email address and I will look into it. All emails received are dealt with as quickly as possible and for any enquiry to go unanswered would be highly unusual, but that's not to say we don't make the odd mistake and miss something every now and then.

Without your feedback we don't know if something is wrong. We are constantly looking to make improvements to both our products and service.

Forthcoming changes:
  1. New telephone system with the option to hold (to minimise unanswered or engaged calls)
  2. New tracking - customers will either be emailed or sent a sms with a timed delivery slot from the couriers so that they don't have to wait in all day. (This applies to all larger items sent via couriers - Not small items sent via Royal Mail).
  3. Extended product range

We've been ranked ScoobyNet's Number 1 Traders for a long time now and will strive to stay ahead of the competition. We take customer feedback on board and constantly look to make improvements.

We keep good stocks of products and have a full price promise on everything we sell.

Jesus H Christ - give the man a fecking break It's not like he has all day to sit on SNet reading threads and replying to PM's on the off chance some ****** expects a response within 30 seconds of demanding some action

As above when your trading in volume there's bound to be the odd problem but feedback doesn't lye.

Why? When Aztec trade on SN, if someone gets no reply from email/PM/phone what's wrong with posting a thread on here to give them a nudge?

Not sure how many people Bob employs, but, might be worth hiring some extra help if things are getting stretched staff wise.

I cant fault Bob at all. Bought a clutch and pads off him with no problems what so ever.

I have also ordered other items in the passed for my other Scooby with no problems with that either.

This wasn't meant as a Rant at Aztec performance but a way to get through to them as was not contactable on the phone or pm etc so i had to post on here to hope he got it.

There really is so many ****'s on here, But i bet if there were in the same situation there would be unhappy,

Im in a business were are customer service is key, If someone has a problem it is delt with asap normally next day or sometimes same day

It annoys me some companies are more than happy to take your money but have a problem and its a different story

i work in a major electronics company and we have the motive that sales make the first sale, customer services make the next 5, once a customer gets good service they will use you again over and over

Not exactly more like one or two meanwhile the vast majority of happy customers have nothing to say as there isnt a problem. These sort of threads should be banned.

You were contacted yesterday in public on snet and were told a replacement was being sent out.

I agree there are two sides but this is turning into a grievance as a couple of people have had issues and its giving a false impression on a guys business which he relies on to make a living.

Read the whole thread

It's not a false impression it's what happened If you rely on your business to make a living you make a better job of it

Doesn't really matter if 9 out of 10 customers are happy if your the 10th

Hmmm, not good but seems not a common issue with Aztec so perhaps cut them some slack?

I have read the whole thread and the bitch fest started before it was known the wrong one was apparently sent.I agree with everything your saying but my point being if everyone with a problem with a trader deals with it on snet like this entertaining as it is There wont be one left standing with there reputation in tact, and when its your livelihood at stake its not on.
