Tickover is set by Ecu, so you would need access via laptop to raise it. I raised it on my classic after fitting a lighter flywheel using EcuExplorer, this may work on your newage or perhaps EvoScan has the same facility.

..........oh no, not a ICVS problem. Wayward tickover on my bug was £280 for the ICVS, have a search on here for how to clean it

If you are running an aftermarket ECU then it's a different story LOL

you can turn the tickover up with the subaru select monitor, but not really had to do that many, I'd suggest the above and clean the iacv

I assume as with EcuExplorer, if you up tickover with the Subaru Select Monitor, if the battery is disconnected it will revert to standard and the adjustment will need re-doing.

if your idle speed is wrong then there is some issue which needs sorting. simple (well the theory part is simple anyway).
