Whats Everyone doing over easter!?
Hi All
Just thought i'd ask to see what all the good folks are doing over the (hopefully) sunny easter break
i am fitting this
:
Bought a UK Sti 8 short block from David @ API with a modified oil pump
& cleaned/sprayed it up over last few days.
Also got some 1.6mm sti head gaskets, new modine oil cooler, genuine oil filter & some Gulf oil from Opie Oils, various new intake & manifold gaskets, decat pipe/turbo gasket, halfrauds advanced coolant (pink stuff) good old threebond, new walbro fuel pump & few other bits & bobs.
Going to start with taking the inlet system off tonight so i can clean & spray that up with me ally engine enamel. Can't wait

going to spend most of sat and sun getting car ready for york raceway on monday.hope are lass has some plans with her mates cos she's not gunna see much of me all weekend.

oh just to ask - anyone recommend how to blank off or join the extra breather pipe that this block has?
if you look at the 2nd pic i took, there is 2 taped up pipe holes on the top - its the pipe on towards the centre (closest one!)

Scoobs having some paint done so we are off Camping for the weekend

should be getting my Sti ver 3 v limited back freshly painted/colour coded etc and will be putting a few bits on brembo, exhaust which I've modified so is a true 3" full fluid change freshly refurbed rota wheels with new rubber and I'm sure loads of other bits I've forgot so should keep me busy for abit lol will get some pics up when it's all done and ready have a good one people
