Not possible buddy, one side of the scoop is slightly longer. You could try cutting and filling but it would look a complete bodge. Save up and buy the proper thing.

Even if it were possible it is a bad idea. The scoop is there to direct air on to the TMIC and on down the transmission tunnel down the gearbox bell housing.

Danwel: if harvey, above, says it's a bad idea, that's because he will have done tests, measuring underbonnet temperatures with both reversed and normal scoops. I'd not bother.

Hmmm different, not my cup of tea i guess as they are the normal way for a reason as mentioned but i guess if you have a FMIC then i could see the attraction

I tried a reverse scoop but it coincided with a change to six speed box so my testing was not of the scoop alone. Under bonnet temps in some places were 15-16 deg C higher. Different areas had different temperatures more noticably. Oil temp was 10C more.
The reverse scoop was then removed. The large temperature variations were much reduced but under bonnet temperatures were higher than before, typically in the 4-8C area but engine oil temp was now as before.
My end conclusion was that a reversed scoop was not for me for several reasons.
