Fuji do own Subaru - you can access Fuji's website (in English) if you search on Google (or similar) and get a complete rundown of their corporate structure (if you really want to, that is ).
Don't know about Mitsubishi - sorry.

Ah here we go another can of worms.
Fuji Heavy Industries, I have a feeling they are big enough to own themselves and not need anybody else to own them. So I did what was suggested and had a look for Fuji Heavy Industries on Google, and look what I found: (Admittedly this Press Release was on March 28th 2002 so some may already know this, but information is power…)

Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI) is probably best known as the maker of Subaru cars (almost 90% of sales). But the company also produces buses, railcars, aircraft components, engines, and garbage trucks. Subaru is best known for its all-wheel-drive vehicles; its Forester and Outback models have that SUV look even though they are built on small-car platforms and designed for moderate driving conditions. FHI operates in the US through its Subaru of America subsidiary. It has manufacturing operations in China, Japan, Taiwan, and the US. FHI has teamed up with General Motors in an effort to boost its international sales. GM owns a 20% stake in FHI.
So I guess those Saab Turbos might get better handling in the future !!
