Head unit Help (Kenwood 5260BT)
I am looking at a future upgrade to a double din touchscreen sat-nav head unit and I think I am set to go with this Kenwood 5260BT.

Does anyone know if this double din unit will fit straight in to the original newage head unit?
If anyone has had any use of one of these units would you care to tell me the good and bad points aswell as a good set of speakers?
Thank you,

The reason I ask what sounds like a simple question is that even though a double din head unit has specific diameters, it dosent has a specific depth so in some cases I know that some double din units wont fit.
I really like the look of this Kenwood system and im hoping someone may have experience with one and can give me some advice if possible.

Have just changed mine from the original Kenwood double din unit to a single din one. No change to the speakers and I can't believe the difference in the sound quality.
It still struggles with the bass a little but only a really high volumes.
Not that I can hear it when the engines running anyway ;-)
have a try with the head unit change first then go from there would be my thoughts.
