Default Nuts and bolts for your car? Buy local!
Just replacing a few more bolts off the car, I wanted stainless bolts.

Screwfix wanted £1.11 for TEN. My local Bapp nut and bolt stockist will sell me A HUNDRED for £4.50!!!

Likewise, button head flanged, £8 a hundred!

The only things I CAN'T get local are flange head stainless hex.

That's the place.

They don't keep odd size washers, mind, or flange bolts, so I'll have to buy off e-bay at £3.25 for only ten

that's nothing, I enquired about turbo bolt prices at a subaru dealer today. £10 + vat for the bolts, 2.80+ vat for the nuts. that's EACH

And they will be high tensile bolts, available for pennies elsewhere!
