Import car parts are good prices for the idlers, bearing and toothed pulleys and i got the timing belt from roger clark motorsport on ebay, all for under £200. Water pump from camskill for around £40.

I wouldn't, personally when it comes to the timing of the engine, i do nothing but genuine. How do you know that you need idlers?, get a OEM tensioner and a Dayco or Cosworth belt and you should be good to go, and why you're at it get the front crank bearing seal also, only £15ish.
I got my cam belt done at 50000ish and didn't get the idlers, prob get these next time around though, what mileage are you at?

Thanks
Sam

I'd you buy the genuine Subaru parts they will set you back a fortune. I looked into it last year and I'm quite sure it's all about £700 from Subaru.

Nothing wrong with the stuff from Mark at Import Car Parts. He's an Impreza owner also.

Alyn at AS Performance can supply OEM or uprated parts, usually arriving the next day

www.asperformance.com

Don't bother with the web shop, Alyn is a hands on tech and not a web designer so phoning is best
