Well spotted! Lambretta stroker motor. It uses a 196 nicasil/alloy barrel, MBD head, stroked crank, Dellorto carb, uprated clutch, electronic ignition and a Devtour exhaust.
It'll put out three times the power of the stock engine!

Lovely KR1s. I'd love to get another but I fear that I am too fat these days and it would struggle a bit!

Awesome! Used to ride a TZR250 for 10 yrs, my mate had the far better RGV!

Would buy a mk1 RGV now if I could find a decent one

I had quite an odd variation of bikes over the years..
I liked newer bikes but also loved the classics.

CB125T
RD250DX
RD350LC
GS650GT
GPz750
Z1000ST
VFR750
Husqavarna 430
ZXR750H1
XS1.1

And then my back and hip packed up...had to retire from biking
