Haven't used one but i would imagine from all the low power figures and premature failures it would be poor quality parts and bad balancing on assembly mate.
the 20gs of e bay will last anything from 1 day to 1 week for £250 they speak for them selves get a proper garret andy forest 20g he does billet ones now also..
i,ve never heard any positive comments about new cheap turbos off ebay....
though i,ve heard lots of horror stories....
i wouldn,t take the chance myself..good luck iff you do
Got one in a kit a few years back for a Honda Crx turbo conversion, Was very disappointed with the quality, There was also an excessive amount of play in the shaft, When we emailed the supplier they said this was normal Needless to say we didn't use it as it wasn't worth taking a chance really
Few people from Nasioc brought these turbos and after purchasing send this turbo to specialist for re-balancing(in US cost around $150) etc. and now making claiming power and lasted longer, but is still risk.
I would recommend buy genuine AFP 20G or Harvey 20G..
The only thing thats still the £250 turbo is the housing and centre bearing cooling piece. I have replaced complete internals including compressor vains and shaft.
If i had the cash i would go for a reputable VF turbo.
