.....on the vid is Bill Gwynnes school - Bill is a stallwart of British Rallying and a top bloke to boot - see True Grip for write up alternatively buy a copy of the Motoring News on thurs and his adverts in the back........and whilst you're looking at the classifieds have a look for the "Forest Experience" which is a school run by Ex British champion Mark Higgins and his brother David who used to rally a grp N Impreza for Barretts - again really top blokes but then everyone in rallying is....if you go to Marks school just dont mention the P*ss up after last years Manx International rally - the boy was in a fair old state......(not associated with.....yadda yadda yadda)

I can also recommend Drive It All (on their Mintex/Hella days) and Phil Price Rally School.

Had excellent days at both and most importantly, you drive rear wheel drive cars.

Go for a school with rear wheel or 4 wheel drive cars.

yeah DIA is very good but can also recommend brands hatch, but it is costly. Instead of the usual turn and wait whilst the others do it, then your turn again; BH you get to drive for ~2hrs all in one session and they are rwd Escort Cosworths! I was the only one there in my group who got the bangs and pops when I changed gear, but I was giving it some!

For good value for money try Visionmotor sport. They are at Westcott between Bicester and Aylesbury. Lots of Guys take their own cars there . Have a look at their site

About time I had another go at this!
Last attempt was on my 18th birthday, 10 years ago, and unsurprisingly I was pants!

Neil you have mail.

On a separate note, any body know of snow karting venues?

Give me a ring ( number in True Grip ) as I have 5 people interested in doing the course at Bill Gwynne and you would make six.
