This is a long shot but I'm running out of ideas

I'm basically after the private plate HAN510W (for obvious resons ). Have spoken with DVLA who say it's been issued, but they can neither give me the details of the owner, or pass mine on to the owner for them to get in touch with me .

Someone mentioned in the past that you could 'easily' find out an owner from a reg plate. Obviously, this is not something you want public knowledge (in case some **** wants to find where you live to get your Scoob ).

If anybody knows how to find the owners address, or can do it for me...please let me know. I've never had a personalised plate and wanted my name so that I could be more recognised at meets.

With it being an old W reg it's probably on some abandoned car gathering rust whilst I search manically trying to locate it. If that's the case, I'll even pay the scrapping fee!!!

If you have friends in the Police force or customs and excise they can run a check to get the owners details.

Who knows, there are some ocifers on scoobynet who may help out offline!!
