Parcel force **** up again !!!!!!!!!!
I rang parcel force on friday last week to pick up a parcel and send to st helens, simple.
Paid the amount for parcel 48 expected delivery was today, the parcel is still at lincoln depot ! with refused acceptance on the tracking form.
I have since spoke with them of which a guy has taken my number and said i would get a call back from the above named depot to sort out this problem.
In the mean time i got a phone call from my wife saying yesterday (monday) parcel force came to collect the parcel (the one that was booked in and collected on friday! do they not know what the left hand is doing it really is starting to frustrate me as all i hear recently is how they keep ******* up!
I wish now i had driven it there myself how incompetent can they really be I,hope this get's sorted as soon as possible ,they make you look stupid with the buyer thinking they are getting ripped off so annoyed !!!!!!!!

I think parcel force are the best of a bad bunch. 100% success rate with them. The wurst are Interlink, DPD. They have not got a clue. They fcuked a £5000.00 amp of mine. I refuse to use companies that use them. I will send my money else where.

I recently sent a parcel "next day" via parcel2go & DHL and it arrived a week later after an "attempted delivery" but that was because the delivery driver was off work! The buyer had to call DHL (as did I) to get the f*cking thing delivered because they allegedly attempted once and just sat on the f*cking thing.
Last time I use those c*nts!

Courier drivers are a law to themselves. I had a collection booked last week and sat in all day. At 17:00 I rang Interparcel who apologized and got on the phone to the courier. They claimed to have attempted collection at 12:10, I just laughed.
I suggested that I send them my CCTV footage to prove they had been nowhere near my property, not surprisingly the courier declined....... Drivers just need to say they've been somewhere and attempted to collect, or deliver and it's taken as gospel.
Makes your blood boil............

parcels2go seem like quite a common broker, use them for all my bigger items, and always use DHL's services, have lost all faith in parcel farce. all i can suggest is keep pestering until you get it resolved... good luck

A good courier i use is Myhermes.
They use local people to do the collection/delivery and a main hub unit to get it from county to county.
so far, sent over 40 items, non have had any issues, collected on time and delivered on time, you can even leave it in a safe place for the item to be collected and they leave the collection card
The 1 downside to them tho is,as they do use local people to do the delivery,if it does go missing,it can take an effort to get that resolved ive been told

Just recently I've been using Interparcel and booking UKmail through them. On Monday they picked up a parcel from my house (Lincolnshire) and the following morning it arrived at the destination (Belfast) by 10.30!! UKmail seem to be the best I've used for a while.

Never did get a call back, but recieved a text from buyer saying he had recieved the package all ok .
There obvious tracking system isn't up to date as it was listed as refused acceptance, then less than 12 hrs later has been delivered ,what's going on ?
Think after all this and other items I have posted out in the last few weeks w
that have suddenly gone missing, will never be using them again !

Ordered a tv from ebuyer last week, everything fine with order , received my confirmation email with a tracking number that you could follow on the Parcelforce website, soon as I see they were using Parcelforce I mentioned to the wife this will be interesting to see if it arrives next day or even at all as promised ??!!
next day came with surprise, surprise no parcel delivered, phoned ebuyer to inform them and got them to check with Parcelforce what had happened to the parcel, leave it with us will let you know whats happening tomorrow they say, phone call from parcelforce following day to inform them that they had infact lost the parcel. so its picked up from ebuyer/ tracked arrives at depot and then just gone.. gone into some workers car boot no doubt !!
what annoys me the most is that they just seem to be happy to pay out what must amount to millions off pounds worth off claims every year, surely putting a team into finding out just what is happening to all these " missing " parcels would be a better option would it not ?? or let me guess the workers might not like that and go on strike - again !!!!
have started using parcelmonkey who so far have been excellent, order / pay via the net. picked up following day and delivered following day all for what works out to be a fraction off the cost off RM / PF
