everytime i stop i get a strong smell from exhaust dose that mean its blowing and leaking inside car

have you got your vents blowing? only way exhaust gases can get into car is through open window or through the vents (unless you have a hlole somewhere) and yes possible blow from engine bay,

First job is to locate where the leak is put your hand over the rear tail pipe with the engine running (use a towel if its hot) so to block the flow of gasses coming out and have a friend try to locate where the leak is, when you block the tail the leak will get very loud so you should be able to find it,

yea got blower on it dose sound like is blowing and it dont help i hit the speed bumps with it

check the turbo to downpipe gasket.
have you recently changed exhaust?
