Is STI coming to Europe officially?

Does anyone know if the new STI is likely to come to Europe officially.

My reasoning is that I need a new Scoob already. MY00 with too many miles. Would like to hold onto my car but it won't be worht much soon.

We should have the new STI by Christmas but with the new emisions it will have a max power of 38BHP and 19LBS of torque! Why can't we have the car we wan't? (with a better looking nose!)
