what sort of power figures have you got from a 2004 uk sti ?

are there any links

330 bhp with just panel filter and exhaust and remap although i had the ppp fitted when new
(2004 2.0 sti)

from the standard car with exhauast mods as said above around 330, although more can be got out of the standard block. up to 400 isnt a problem with the right mods. Some people on rare occasion have been to 500 on standard block/pistons/rods etc but its not something id reccomend. id say 400 is a safeish limit

400-450bhp can be had quite safely

740cc injectors
fuel lab fpr
walbro high flow pump
syvecs ecu
apexi avcr-r boost controller
3" turbo back exhaust
