Default Pipe and Slippers

Having owned 9 scoobs in the last decade, all in varying degress of tune but none at all very discreet, I have decided to retire into a Spec D.

I'm looking at one this friday, and wondered if I should be alert to any particular problems? It's done 40k but will come with 36 month mechanical warranty (10k / year).

I will be part-exchanging my WRX PPP (2004 with 80k but good condition) - what should I expect to get for it?

Appreciate any help you can give before I turn up and start throwing money about

boy you like to change car often lol. had my subaru for 7 years and don,t want to change at all. i would say about £4500 to £5000 for your trade in. have you tried to sell it privately? there just not selling at the moment. enjoy the spec d

I've regretted selling every one but not feasible to have 10 scoobs on the drive! Seriously, I've churned through them mainly because I was racking up 40k miles a year and wanted to part-ex before depreciation really kicked in. That changed a couple of years ago as I stopped commuting in the scoob and biught an old shed instead. I've actually had the WRX for 3 years which is a record for me!

Thanks for estimate on part-ex value - I am banking on getting £4.5k.
