Default Boost Query

hi folks,
i have a facelift classic wagon with a turbo cat back exhaust back and induction kit, been told it has already been mapped but i have no idea what to,
but to cut to the chase it is running 0.8Bar is that about right? i know every car is different but i am just curious,

one thing i forgot to add is that the engine was replaced 12k ago with a new factory unit, the guy that had said he wound back the actuator so it will last longer, how do you know it is set properly? he said it was so it runs on lower boost?
this is my first turbo'd car and and a bit unsure
