Spec C Battery
Hi,
Does anyone know what battery I can fit to my Hawkeye Spec C? The cold here seems to have killed mine.
I seem to remember reading one for a Nissan Micra will fit?
Any part numbers or help gratefully received
Cheers, Nic.

Incorrect charging by a local tuner and then the repeated cold killed mine so I just fitted a normal battery
Can't be arsed with light weight options anymore, not worth the ballache of getting stuck or having to jump after a few days

Its my 2nd Spec C battery, this is the right size with the terminals on the correct side, if you want anything different then you will have to look around, but this one is a direct replacement to the original (and slightly better
)

I replaced by Spec C battery for an Odyssey PC670 or something which was lighter but only held charge for about 4 days of inactivity
Better off with something a bit meatier IMO.

If you made the cigarette lighter live the whole time, would it be worth getting a solar charger or does anyone have any experience with them ?

Agree with Tony on this one.
B31 Varta blue in my spec c.
Although a bit heavier then my original battery, it's much better starting in the cold then my old ever was!!
