Yup, blobeye

I suppose technically it is a facelifted bugeye though, and a hawkeye is a facelifted blobeye which was originally facelifted from the bugeye

Thanks I just wanted to make sure

My friend sent me this link
http://www.webuyanycar.com/ValueMyCar.aspx?Reg=SC04BSU

After seeing bugs mentioned on here with blob eye conversions it raised a few doubts.

I guess im just paranoid about things not being what they appear to be.

Definitely a blob as you can't put newer plates on a car!

The cost and trouble of the bug to blob conversion are enough that only a couple of people bothered. You'd spend less just trading up. Check the reg date: bugeyes are 2000-2002.

Can't say I'd be using webuyanycar to help in identifying a car!

The clocks are the same as my bug-eye Prodrive STI...

You could do a facelift IF it had a front end shunt.
