Just saw one in the flesh while I was dropping my scooby off for a service, they actually look pretty good, I think the wheels are way too small for the arches though.

No it didnt have the spoiler, although it looked nice cant help but feel that its lost some of the scooby charm, such as the piller less doors, no wr blue colour for the UK and obviously the scooby burble is rather subdued now. The market they are aiming for doesn't really exist. The scooby owner is a different kettle of fish, i think these guys are aiming for people who tend to go german.

uk cars dont come with a spoiler, you can have it as an optional extra but subaru wont warranty the boot mechanism due to weight of the spoiler
