From my current experience a decat or a sports cat still fails emmision tests.

my last MOT, on a ninja sports cat, failed,so he had to put it through as a non catted car,the reading was quite high, would never get thru if he kept it as a catted test, hoping he`ll do the same this yr (tomorrow, althou i have heat wrapped it this time)

Hi there sport cat is much better for remap like std.cated downpipe(is much less restrictive like standard downpipe with cats).
And if you are will go on MOT(and don't want fail)and car needs to be driven and given a good thrash immediately before the emmssions test to get everything propery up to temperature, because sports cat need be hot.

Im no expert but believe the 100 cell is more free flowing but is close to the limit on emmsions, mine is a Ninja Sports cat on a classic,100 cell, altho this yr it passed on emmsions as i warmed it up properly LOL, the 200 cell is better for emmisions but that little bit more restrictive, only a little tho.

why not look into the ninja sports cat,or do you purely want a 3" exit?

Pref 3" due to rest of system been 3" so it means less hastle when it comes to fit plus if I decide to change to bigger turbo ill already have the exhaust on ready for it. How much was the Ninja cat ?

Rest of system is 3" though fella so if I put 2.5" one on Ill have to adapt the joint to centre pipe I believe.

Full 3" system for me too, get a resonated system as mine flutters a little when sat at a constant speed, love it to bits though, 25 year warranty is nice too.
