Default hella horns issue on a bugeye

how the hella do you fit the horns behind the grill as there is a power steering pipe in the way on the drivers side

its a prodrive grill

you can just see the pipe on the drivers side , not enough room to fit it in front of the pipe

remove the p,s cooler pipe and away you go.

i have taken it off my present car and took it off my last one too.

the first reason was i fitted hellas and it just looked much neater with it out of the way.with the car i have now i was in an i'm bored mood so i thought i would tidy up behind the grille,so took it off.

I just bent the bracket it sits in a little bit and you can push it a bit further back towards the radiator. You can then fit it behind the grille. On the red one above it looks like he's cut the bracket off completely as it would normally be attached to the centre bit. That's fine too as it's quite secure without it anyway.

You can't slot it in the PS cooler with the standard grille, there isn't enough room.
