Default Are wagon bumpers the same as saloons?

Hi Guys.
I'm after a Mica green rear bumper for my 2000 classic wagon as I had a car hit me up the **** yesterday at very slow speed in the snow. No damage to his car but mine suffered abit of bumper damage in the centre and the number plate light brackets are bent.

I could get this bumper repaired but will try to get one in the same colour first to save a bit of hassle.
The reason for my question is there's one on ebay albeit not mint but it say for wagon or saloon.

If he hit you then I wouldnt be buying 2nd hand, off to the dealer and get a full new one including all the brackets, then the cost of re painting etc.

Tony
I know the person that hit me so it makes it a bit hard.
I don't think he's got alot of cash so easier to just sort it out myself.

The classic wagon bumpers were narrower as the narrower wagon attracted less tax in japan.................when the Newage came out I think they made the wagon and saloon the same width...I think

I'm sorry Midlife, but you have been miss informed somewhere along the way.

All classic Wagons & Saloons share the same fittment front & rear bumpers (this applies to both european & jdm import models)
