Default need some advice about reshelling

The OS rear arch on my car has rotted right through. Im debating what to actually do about it...

Do i reshell the car OR find a replacement and weld it on?

If i was to reshell it would i need a MY95 shell, as i dont want to be cutting wiring looms up etc...

Any advice would be much appreciated...

No point in re-shelling just for that. Just get another arch fitted. Also re-shelling into another car can be classed as ringing if you keep the same ID

Will get some taken tommorrow and put them up.
I was thinking of a reshell cause there are a few rust bubbles starting to come to the surface, ie - by the sunroof, rear window gutter by the boot etc...

Re-shelling a car is not ringing If you inform the DVLA then it will all be fine. What will happen is your car with your number plate will need to be declared as scrapped & you either transfer the numberplate to your new car, which involves a fee, or you stick with the identity of the new car & change the engine numbers on the log book, all in all, a piece of **** to do & not illegal in anyway shape or form.

Get some pics up mate

Lots can be done by a good body shop, and there are a few lads here in the trade who'll give some advice I'm sure.

I have a private plate, so i was planning on just swapping the plate onto the new shell and scrapping the old one.
