Guys WIfes cars been stood still for about 4 days, and if i drive it now and brake i can hear grateing noise like there binding or rough.

is this just surface crap cos its been stood for a while.

I cant hear anything whilst driving only on 1 side when i brake seems loudish

Most likley just surface rust which should clean off very quickly.

if it clears after a while don't worry. If you can feel it through the pedal like a rough grating the pads could be worn.
