Quick advice question
A mate of mine is going to look at a 94 plate wagon which has had a little prang with a kerb, the guy who's selling it says he hit a kerb at about 5mph,what sort of damage will he be looking at? What bends the easiest!!! Any advice would be great as he is looking at it later today;-)
Bottom arm and wheel definately. Have seen it before. But I was going a little faster.. Ask him how it hit the curb as if it was side on mine bounced and hit the back as well. Have a look at the tyres for even wear etc..
The guy said he was in Tesco carpark,in the snow the bend was a bit tight and he slid into the kerb!! I've seen a pic and the front o/s wheel looks to be pushed back but not by much, sounds like a fairly easy repair if it's just bottom arm and wheel then? Im gonna go and take a look with him just needed a bit of advice on how bad it could actually be:-)

Just had a quick look underneath and it has a bent track rod end,no tyre wear, looking at
it I'd say it needs the wishbone and a track rod end, wheel and tyre look ok to the eye,the guy wants £400 for the car so it may be worth buying it anyway for spares? If we can't fx it we can break it;-)
