Default help window washers

hi, just after abit help i have a 07 plate hawkeye and the window washer jets have stoped working, any ideas? (i have checked the fuse) cheers chris

Hi, I may be wrong but if I remember righley I think that the lights have to be on dipped beam for the washers to work. Hope this helps, Mike

Is the pump working?

If it is, then could it be that they've just frozen up? It is stupid cold at the moment.

I've got the same problem with mine, its just that when you press the button it kind of spits fluid out and barely hits the windscreen.

Probably frozen. I need to flush my washer fluid to something lower rated. Off to Audi (yes I have a scoob) to get some concentrate. They are cheaper than my local factors and its rated neat to -70C.

mine dont work and my headlamp washers for whatever reason have both lifted up out of the bumper by about an inch or so presume these will go back down when the weather warms up....

Happen to mine last year / jan this year, they did pop back down. i don't know if they sustained any damage though.

OP if the motor spins it is the cold
