Default Beware those turning to the dark side

Spoke to a lad last night who's Dad works for Mitzi...

Apparently they've got 100's of Evo X's all sat at docks unsold... most approaching 2 years old now.. so if you're thinking of an Evo X for chirstmas you'll probably be getting a 2 year old one with a shiny new reg plate on it..

They're even letting lower level employee's have them as company cars for £220 per month... something previously reserved for higher management..

This is suspect is one of the very reasons why they were offering them with 0% finance recently that and there has been a marked shift of late, for obvious reasons I guess against the £400+ L/M tax bracket of vehicle.

But wasn't the 0% offer only on 12 months or something daft like that with a 50% deposit?

0% Finance was only avb on a 12 month repayment with 50% deposit. Anything longer than that then there's still interest to be added although the minimum deposit is lower

Like the Impreza, the Evo's time is past.

They can't sell them for good reasons. High tax, low mpg, sh!tty residuals, and awfull looks.

Plus, compared to the competition, they just aren't much quicker, if at all.

Isn't a Focus RS500 quiter than the Impreza Cosworth apart from the 0-60 time? £50k to beat a Focus at the Traffic lights.

Friends Uncle bought a Focus RS, paint started to peel off the reaer arches leading to rust, not even a year old

I am sure they are having the same issue with the hatch impreza, old models with newer plates on them.

Im sorry but the focus rs isnt anywhere near as quick as an impreza. The base model wrx is quicker to 60 and is far cheaper

Didn't they knock the price of the X down to £29k recently.

I think the 'base' model is too watered down, most people want the FQ360
