std system should be heavier as it is made from mild steel and your centre section depending on what MY you car is may have a mid cat and a resonator. The std backbox is also considerably larger than most aftermarket backboxes and has more baffles to quieten the sound down so may well be heavier .Which system did you buy ???

its made by jperformance ,it just feels heavy but then i have nothing to compare it to.
i took the original off from cat back not long ago and i dont remember it feeling as heavy as the stainless section i have ,infact i remember thinking how light it felt ,that was just the centre section and back box though

il be taking the whole lot off soon so i can see then ,was just a bit concerned as to how heavy it feels
