Car Care PAcks
Guys anybody reccomend any Package deals for car care products.
I currently use Maguirs, but fancy a change, Im speaking to John at Polished Bliss for a box deal thing. My m8 mentioned dodo Juice, and ive seen Chemical guys have some kinda boxs
What im after are 2 scenarios,
Scenario one Quick wash Some Mist type stuff and buff to shine/
Scenario 2 , Shirt off get stuck in and make car look awsome IE polish wax and so forth
As my 2011 saloon is plasma Blue what should i be buying, im also told the paints soft on the Jap Cars
My current speed polish consists of
Turtle wax nano shampoo and wax it wet
Not touched new car yet
thanks Girls

I read it when i want to read about car care.
When i don't want to read about car care related posts - i pop into General or somewhere else, where it seems i can still read about car care

There is a million and one solutions to this and you can get into car cleaning as far as you want
Your best bet is to have a look over at Detailing World, read some of the posts and ask a few questions.

I agree about Detailing World, great place to hang out. My suggestion would be to contact a local detailer that will let you assist on a detail and work with them over the day seeing how the products work etc. After that just buy the essential products to clean the car and top up the protection they use, i.e wax or sealer.
The reason I suggest this is that a chap local to me offers a 'tuition detail' for £200 and you choose the wax at the end. That £200 is probably cheaper than buying a polisher, pads and polish to correct paint defects that you may only use once a year, or have no confidence to do so anyway, so is wasted money. You could put those monies toward a professional's services and then spend a little bit more on products they use and recommend to keep it looking good.
*Edit* Even better solution would be to get friendly with a local enthusiast who will correct your paint for some beer tokens and a bacon buttie or two and advise on nice stuff to use on your car.

Tried many over the years but I have settled with chemical guys products
I use the 50/50 paste and the cg blue coloured shampoo
A £8 bottle would last 6 months and the paste was under £40
David at Glasgow is the man to get it from
Great product and excellent value for money
Detailing world opens up a new world in learning and make sure you use the 2 bucket method with lambswool mitt and miracle dryer
