Why can't I leave trader feedback?

Just been trying to leave trader feedback for the bits iv bought recently but I just keep getting an error message saying that there's an error with the deal details!

I've done everything as per the trader sticky thingy, but it still won't chuffin let me!

Have had this, and want to leave feed back but having same issue, copy and pasted it and still cant leave it, hopefully someone can help us then.

I had this problem - took ages to work out that as well as adding a comment, you also have to add something in the additional comments section to make it work.

The system needs improving. It should be made very simple to leave feedback, much like ebay.
