'05 model should have DCCD and the wider track - not sure about this one so could be an '04 car. Worth checking.

To be fair you will see 55plates on Auto trader for less and more.
Milage seems to be driving factor with the Sti's but the 2004 plates can be had for alot less but I think this is due to upgraded spec in 2005.
Go have a look at it and offer £10k cash you never know you may get a good deal.

Is that really a Hawkeye STi? It's incredibly cheap for 26k miles and 3 years old, especially from a dealer.

Im on the lookout for a blob STI just finding the right one to commit travel time too. We will see as hopefully looking at a few this weekend although the original OP one looks very over priced from what ive seen about!!

Good luck with the hunt!!

The updated '05 Sti's have a wider track made obvious by the more flared rear wheel arches and wheel/tyre size should be 235/45/17 instead of 225 width unless wheels have been changed. There will be a dial next to the driver's seat for the Driver Controlled Centre Differential - allows you to dial more power to the back wheels, up to 65% I think instead of 50/50 split. Some '05 cars seem around on '04 plates. May be some '04 cars around on '05 plates if you see what if I mean. No DCCD on 2litre UK cars before '05 (apart from WR1)

Different pcd on the 05's with the 8" width wheel instead of 7.5". Didn't realise UK's still on 225's though. Mind you I've only driven a JDM one.
