Default Running in period?

Just rebuilt the engine on my99 , fitting new pistons, rings and bigend bearings, could anyone tell me what the running in period would be recomended and what sort of rpm to take it too during this. Also while the vehicle was off the road i fitted a walbro 255 fuel pump, 550cc injectors and a vf23 turbo, would i need it to be remapped to run it in to make sure it all running safe and not over fueling??? as its cost me a fortune to do and dont want to cause any unnessary damage.

if you have put bigger injectors in there then yes you need to map it if i was you iwould put it back to standard and run it in very slowy no more then 3 grand on the rev until you hit about 500 mile then take it up to about 4000 revs and then at about 800 take it up to 5000 rev and maybe 5500 rev then take it back to who ever built it to change the oil and check it ok

yes it will need a running in map and then a full remap once run in.

Or refit the 440cc injectors and td04 to run it in on.
