Default is it normal to hear a whine in 1,2,3rd ish when accelerating?

notice that on the gx sport (02) there seems to be a whining noise when accelerating in 1,2,3 ish but it seem to disapear as speed picks up though is constant with engine speed.

Is this anything to be concerened about, it's just been mot'd so i would rule out wheel bearings etc and its not constant

Might be just the normal centre dif whine.

To check it's not wheel bearings, listen for increased volume when on left or right hand bends.
