Hi All,

I know this may seem like a daft post but I have to ask!!

I spend ages washing the Scoob only to find the next day there are spider webs on the wing mirrors!!! Errrr

I have blasted the mirrors with water to try an flush the little buggers out with no success!!!!!

Help! It's really p***ing me off!!!!!!

Your help is required.....

I have the non electric version of these........no joke they are £500 plus quid for the electric jobbies and not a lot less for mine !!

And still they live in them !!

There is a thread on here about spiders and wing mirrors, not quite as good as herd of trampling cows, unfesablylargegonads haemerroids or hightee butslaff's demise.......

I have the same problem, a mate of mine reckons if you squirt WD40 behind the mirror the spiders don't like it.

Fly spray inside the mirror?
Personally, I just wipe them away every time I see them.

The spider will hide, and protect itself from any water you try and hose in, your best chance is to actually catch it and dispose of it if you can.

I've heard today that spiders are scared of conkers... so why not tie a couple of lengths of string to you mirrors and go conker pickin'?

Would make for a canny stylish mod too no one else will have done it

lol M4RKG i guess you heard that on galaxy as so did i .the reason apparently is because conkers are so shiny the spider see's it own reflection and thinks its another big spider and runs away.
